SO good, I am obsessed and came here twice in one week! Being vegetarian, I don't often get to enjoy a bahn mi sandwich. I was delighted to see this place has a soy based vegetarian bahn mi option. The "fake meat" is so delicious and filling, and I opted to get it on the croissant which tasted fresh, soft, and flavorful. The other fillings and dressings on the sandwich are delicious and make it one of the most flavorful vegetarian bahn mi sandwiches that I have tried. I also liked that it is not too dry. I am sure the other options and baked goods are also delicious but this is the only one I have tried. Plus, the price is extremely affordable which is much appreciated so I can enjoy this place regularly!

I saw this place and had to stop in. Got a delicious Mango Drink and a yummy Corndog. The corn dogs are all beef, which is awesome! And the mango drink was sweet, smooth and creamy. I loved that they were playing K-Pop music videos on the TV as well. The guy serving me was very helpful and friendly. A great experience!!! Highly recommend!!!
I recently called in a very large order for a party. Not only was the person taking my call very friendly and thorough, but the manager also called me back the next day to confirm on my order to ensure everything was correct. I also appreciate that they split each sandwich and individually wrapped and labeled them so everyone knew what each were. We ordered 6-7 different kinds and they were all very well made and flavorful. Our guests loved them all. I also want to complementon the eggrolls as well. They were delicious! Overall, very pleased with the service and food here. I will definitely order here again!

Sandwiches were fantastic! Simply Delicious! The young man who took our order couldn't hear us very well and kept saying excuse me? He should probably not listen to music on his air pods while taking people's orders. He looked angry and miserable. Just stared at us as we approached. No Greeting, No thank you, no you're welcome. It appeared as though we were a nuisance to him. He should try getting a job at Chuck E. Cheese. He should fit right in there. Edit: Owner was sincere with apology and I believe him. These are truly the best Banh Mi in Colorado. I will be back.
Excellent bahn mi about 5 minutes from Barnes & Noble bookstore. The shop has several Bahn Mi selections along with Korean hot dogs, pastries and other things. The grilled pork Bahn Mi was exactly what I was looking for. The baguette was fresh, the vegetables were crispy and the grilled pork was flavorful. They have an impressive drinks menu. However, the Strawberry Lychee Tea was not really to my taste. It was too sweet for me even though not heavily sweetened. Next time I'd go for a simple unsweetened iced black tea. Others will probably find the flavored drinks to be fine. Service was fast, polite and patient. The food came out a little faster than expected given the number of other customers. Seating was comfortable. They have both tables and counter seats plus a few tables outside. The room was pretty noisy, in part because there was one young girl who was very happy and wanted to share her joy. The parking was plentiful.
The bahn mi at Paris Bahn Mi are consistently to die for. This place turned it up another notch. I couldn't pass the desert case up....too many options for the sweet tooth.
